Thoughts while reviewing UFC 84
- I need to work on fighting from my southpaw stance. I’m left handed but my trainers have always fought orthodox so I tend to switch between the two. I love throwing kicks and punches from southpaw, but I tend to do most of my maintenance striking from an orthodox stance and switching up when I want to throw bombs.

Week 8 Update
It’s been 8 weeks since I started solely focusing on strength training and building mass. In 8 weeks I’ve put on approximately 20 pounds, going from 185 to 205.

So It's Official
I won’t be fighting in Thailand in November as originally planned. I’m taking some extra time and really focusing on my strength training. I figured I would strength train for about 10 weeks, just enough time to be able to really throw someone into a fence, but now I want to work for a few more months and maybe go up a weight class or two. I’ve sort of caught the strength bug....
